The appellants, George and Linda Land, appeal from the order denying their motion to vacate a default judgment entered in an unlawful detainer action. They contend that the trial court erred in denying the motion because the judgment was void for want of jurisdiction. We agree with the Lands, and therefore reverse the trial courts order denying the motion to vacate.
